Project Details
Our entry to this limited competition focused on 3 responses, the front facing street, the
rear waterway and the overhead sun. The compact site necessitated raising the building to create adequate parking and the ATM gallery on the ground floor. In order to help us refine the concept and explain the building to the client, we made an in-house working cardboard model and presented our exploratory sketches.
